People Plant Trees are planting hedges at Wallacefield near Armathwaite and would like to invite you to get involved.
The day will involve:
- Learn about the farm
- Learn how to plant a hedge
- Work as part of a team to plant a hedge
- Hot lunch, tea and coffee
Make sure you bring:
- Sturdy footwear
- Warm clothes
- Full waterproofs
Car parking is available at the farm, but we will also provide a pick up from the train station at Armathwaite and may be able to arrange group travel from Penrith and Carlisle.
